I offer individual and couples therapy to help you achieve the well-being, connection and balance that you deserve.  I’m confident that if we choose to work together, you will build the life you want through shining a light on what no longer serves you, connecting with what you do want and developing skills to optimise your wellbeing.  Whether you’re struggling with feeling lost and overwhelmed, loss of empowerment, or not living a life that feels authentic to yourself, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this adventure called life. I have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.


I provide psychologically focussed therapies for all adults dealing with challenging life issues: depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life changes, grief and loss, trauma, and family issues.  I also work with people who want more meaning in their lives, people who want to know themselves better and to work on personal growth. Therapy can be as much about living a more mindful and joyful life, as it is about dealing with problems.

Sometimes, something as simple as a fresh perspective can be the beginning of real and lasting change. Roxane has the professional experience and tools to cast new light on emotional and mental well-being issues. Alongside her passion and experience, Roxane’s genuine, down-to-earth approach is what makes her sessions so comfortable and effective for clients. Roxane understands life can be chaotic, which is why she also offers In-person, online and after-hours appointments in the clinic two nights a week.
