  • I offer my services both online and in-person, with a convenient location in Maroochydore CBD.

    The frequency and duration of individual supervision sessions are flexible, and tailored to meet your specific needs and registration requirements. New professionals often benefit from more frequent and extended sessions, while those with more experience may find occasional supervision sufficient.

    My fees are $150 for a 50-minute session, with a sliding scale available upon request for added flexibility.

  • Embrace the power of Group Supervision as a key resource for elevating client care and fostering team cohesion. Collaborating with a seasoned and skilled supervisor enables staff to sharpen their skills, gain a profound understanding of client needs, and deliver care that is not only more effective but also infused with compassion.

    Fees and locations are negotiable.

  • I craft and lead sessions focusing on worker self-care, sustainability, and vicarious trauma. Tailor-made skills training in leadership, difficult conversations, conflict management & therapies in action (ACT, DBT, CBT, MBST, somatic approaches, mindfulness). These sessions can take place at my workspace or a venue arranged and covered by the client.

    Fees are open to negotiation.

  • The frequency and duration of individual counseling sessions are adaptable to your unique needs and goals. Choose between in-person or online sessions based on your preference.

    Session fees are $150 for a 50-minute session, and we gladly accept valid Medicare, DVA, and Workcover referrals.

  • The frequency and duration of relationship counseling sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each couple/family. Sessions may span from 50 to 100 minutes, depending on the specific treatment plan tailor made.

    The initial session fee is $220 for a 50-minute session, while subsequent sessions are priced at $200 per 50 minutes.

Tips for working effectively together

Be honest and open:

It's important to be honest and open about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This will help me understand your unique situation and tailor the treatment approach to your specific needs.

Set goals:

Be willing to take action… we can work together to explore and set specific, achievable goals for your treatment. This can help you stay motivated and focused on your progress.

Participate actively:

Be an active participant in your treatment by completing assignments or exercises between sessions, asking questions, and providing feedback on what is and isn't working for you.

Practice self-care:

Practice self-care techniques that are recommended, such as mindfulness exercises or relaxation techniques, to help manage your symptoms outside of therapy sessions.

Be patient:

Mental health treatment is a process that takes time and patience. Be realistic about your expectations and don't get discouraged if progress seems slow. Stick with it and trust in the process.
